  • “What to say!! AMAZING Philly cheesesteak. So massive.. almost impossible to finish a whole one. They have TVs inside to watch games/sports. They have friendly customer service.. homemade brownies… fries were fresh. I have had a lot of phillys in the past… but this one by far has been the BEST one I’ve ever had. The meat is so flavorful.. it came out hot.. fresh hoagie bread.. everything was perfection. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend if you haven’t tried it! They also have a combo… you can add beer on tap and fries for $5 to any entree order. Also have a cola freestyle and some of the best hot sauce to slap on your cheesesteak. Don’t sleep on this place.”

  • "The Jersey Joe's Cheesesteak, which was the recommended menu option, was the most amazing Philly Cheesesteak I have ever had! They served large portion sizes that were loaded with beefsteak, cheese, and all the other goodness. The ribeye meat was thinly sliced and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered a side of Garlic Parmesan Fries and a vanilla milkshake, which were both very delicious! I like the flexibility of their menu; you can make substitutions and customize your own cheesesteak. We did not have to wait long for our food, and there was plenty of open seating to dine-in."

  • "Probably the best Philly Cheesesteak I had in a long time. The bread has a good heft to it and doesn't get soggy easily. The bread also doesn't overpower the ingredients. I got a classic philly and found that they have a good balance from protein, produce, cheese, and bread. I could taste every aspect of my philly and highly recommend everyone try their classic first. Surprisingly, the Philly reheats well--a testament of quality bread and ingredients."

  • "I've been eating here since middle………. the nostalgia of eating that sandwich for me is priceless. Keep up the good work Jersey Joe's! And thanks for keeping the recipes the same as they were when Don was in charge. Also, when you closed for remodeling I was super upset and worried that, like so many other restaurants after COVID, you wouldn't be reopening. I was so happy when I saw you pop up on DoorDash one day when I was at my mom's house in Belmont and I knew you were back! Praise baby Jesus! There's no place in the bay that makes a cheesesteak as good as you. I've tried probably every spot in SF and nothing even comes close."

  • "Heard very good thing as about this place. It's only 10 minutes away from my job so I figured I'd give them a try. I did have high expectations coming in based on the good reviews I had heard. The staff was friendly and worked diligently to get orders out quickly. The cheesesteak was so good!! The bread was nice and soft and the meat was flavorful and very cheesy. I will certainly be back for their cheesesteaks and I highly suggest trying this place if you have not!"

The Garlic Fries are the real deal and they give you more than one person can or wants to eat. I ordered a small and was only able to eat half. Will I go back?   • "By far one of the best cheesesteaks we've had around the peninsula……….I like mine pretty basic, and that way the kids can have some if they'd like. Comes out super hot and fresh. The bread is so soft and the meat is just piled on thick. My husband ordered the jersey joes cheesesteak. An upgrade from mine with just a little bit more. But just like mine, meat is piled on. They do not lack on portions. For our kids, we ordered the chicken tenders. It comes with fries and 2 pieces of chicken and for $3.50 more, you can get 2 more pieces of chicken instead of ordering another basket. As I've mentioned, they do not lack in portion size so fries were plenty which is why we opted to just add 2 more pieces. Tenders do come with ranch.……… Definitely a go-to when craving cheesesteak or just in the area."
